We loved the view from the back deck so much that we really did not need anything else! The townhouse is beautifully decorated and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a little chilly but our five year old did not seem to mind a bit. We will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed staying here! It was clean, very cozy, and had more than we could ask for! We had 8 people and we all loved it from the moment we walked in. Period Key is a great place in itself. There are plenty of things to do in and around the area. I would definitely rent it again an I would recommend it to anybody in a heart beat!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this clean, comfortable, and well appointed condo. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset views. It is a short walk to a lovely, secluded beach. The weather was wonderful and the water was warm enough to go swimming. We saw dolphins playing every morning. There is a beach wagon to carry all of the toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels that were available for our use. My children and grandchild loved the pool, ping pong table, and outdoor shower. I would definitely rent this condo again.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing time at the beach, especially my son who had never seen the ocean or been outside Missouri.  He was amazed and in awe at the sight and while he was swimming and reaching for shells underwater he came up with a tiny seahorse in his hand also.  He was so thrilled!  We took pictures of it in his hand quickly and released it back into the water. I especially loved the early mornings at the beach with just a cup of coffee and watching the pelicans cruise and fish.  I could watch and listen to the waves a long time without being bored - don't know how long because I've never reached that point!  We stopped at LuLu's on the way home - awesome as expected.  Naval museum was fascinating and the IMAX never disappoints.  We saw dolphins on the cruise in search of them. Perdido Key is a  lovely area, and your home was gracious and beautiful right down to the smallest thoughtful detail. We all thank you for helping to make our time together special and memorable.

This townhouse is beautiful! The location is great. You can see the ocean from the front and back balconies! Plus, the river off the back deck always has something to see...boats, jet skis, blue herons, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! The condo is spacious and decorated like a model. We loved having the garage and two floors...even a loft! The boys loved the pool, just steps from our unit. The beach is practically your own! No crowds here! And, the beach chairs, towels, toys, bikes, etc. are provided! The owners are a joy to deal with. The food in the area is great. There is a fresh seafood market right down the street! If you want a quiet, cozy stay yet are close to activities, this is the place for you!
